JOptimize is a SaaS platform for Java developers providing:

• Static analysis — performance, security, Spring, and concurrency issues
• Architecture audit — layer violations, circular dependencies, complex classes
• Live JVM profiling — runtime metrics via JVM agent
• AI-powered summaries and code explanations (Pro plan)
• CLI, IntelliJ plugin, and dashboard

3. Plans and Pricing

EU VAT handled automatically by Paddle.

4. Payment & Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly via Paddle. Payment is charged automatically on renewal. Cristalog does not store payment card information.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Full refund available within 14 days of first payment. Contact support@joptimize.io.

6. Data & Privacy

Source code submitted is processed only for analysis and not retained permanently. The CLI runs locally — only results are sent to our servers, never your source code. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit code you don't own or have rights to analyze
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis engine
• Do not abuse the free tier or circumvent usage limits
• Do not resell JOptimize services without written authorization

8. Disclaimer

JOptimize is provided "as is". Analysis results are informational and may contain false positives. Cristalog is not liable for production decisions made based on analysis results.

Oracle, Java, and related trademarks are the property of Oracle Corporation. JOptimize is not affiliated with Oracle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
